Complete from Memory
Online and print cover both shapes and pictures. Look carefully, cover it up, then finish from memory — tap missing pieces online, or draw on the print sheets.
How to play (adult + child)
- Show the full shape or picture for about 10 seconds.
- Cover it (fold the page, or use a book).
- Give the incomplete version (or the empty draw box).
- Ask your child to complete it from memory — pencil or felt tip.
- Uncover the full version together and celebrate what they remembered.
Tips
- Start with shapes, then try the simple pictures.
- Make it easier: leave the full picture half-visible, or allow a second peek.
- Make it harder: shorter look time, or ask them to add a colour detail from memory.
