Plain English about what we do — and don’t do — with anything you send us.
If you use our Contact form, we receive your message so we can read it and, if needed, reply.
We use a form service (Formspree) to deliver those messages to our inbox. That service may process technical details such as your IP address as part of sending the form.
Email is optional. Leave it only if you’d like a reply.
If you do leave an email, we use it only to reply to that message. We will not use it for newsletters, marketing, advertising, or selling lists. No “keep me posted” emails — unless we one day ask separately and clearly, and you choose to say yes.

Contact is meant for parents and carers. Please don’t send a child’s personal details (name, school, photos, and so on) in the form.
If you want us to delete a message or an email you sent, use Contact us and say so — we’ll do our best to sort it.
